Supporter Guide

👏🎉 Cheering is allowed—and highly encouraged!

In trail running, cheering is an essential part of the event atmosphere. Encouragement along the course can give runners that extra boost they need on a long journey. A smile, applause, a cheer, or even a sign by the trail can make a runner’s day so much better.

Supporters are warmly welcome to follow the race and help create a great vibe. Please remember to cheer safely: give runners space to move, choose safe spots to cheer, and follow the organizers’ instructions.

Thank you for helping make the event unforgettable for everyone! đź’š

đźš—Arriving by car:

We recommend using the official shuttle buses for supporters. If you choose to travel by private car, please consider carpooling due to limited parking availability. Keep in mind that the roads are also used by other traffic, so do not park in a way that blocks the road.

You can access the Arctic circle aid station directly by car—please note that parking is limited. See the location of the Arctic circle aid station.

When heading to the Oulanka aid station, note that on Friday from 16.00 to 20.00, parking is in Käylä, with shuttle transport to Oulanka running every 20 minutes.

Supporters can reach the Basecamp aid station on foot from the parking area at the Pieni Karhunkierros trail starting point. The distance from the parking area via the Juuma suspension bridge to the aid station is approximately 1.2 km. The road leading to Basecamp aid station, Myllykoskentie, will be closed to extra traffic during the event, starting from the intersection of Puurosuontie and Juumantie.

🍴The restaurant at the Basecamp aid station will be open during the event on 22–23 May, at 10:00–20:00.
Check out more information here!

At the Konttainen aid station, parking is along the northern side of Virkkulantie (8694)—see the map for details.

Access routes for emergency vehicles must be kept clear.
